Lauren Vickers | Mt. Carmel High School Class of 2026 Senior | Evansville, Indiana Senior Photographer

Seniors | Senior Spotlight

Lauren Vickers, a senior at Mt. Carmel High School and a member of the Class of 2026, brought a fun, creative energy to her senior session. Traveling to the Evansville, Indiana area for her photos, Lauren wanted a session that felt natural, relaxed, and true to who she is—and that’s exactly what we created.

From the start, her goal was simple: have fun. And honestly, that mindset is what made her session stand out. When seniors come in with that kind of energy, it always leads to images that feel real and effortless.

Who She Is

Activities
Lauren has stayed busy throughout high school, balancing her time between band/choir and theater. Being involved in both music and performance has given her a strong creative outlet and helped shape her confidence both on and off the stage.

Personality
If you asked her friends to describe her, they’d say she’s creative, funny, and a total shopping pro. That combination showed up naturally throughout her session—from her outfit choices to the way she carried herself in front of the camera.

Something Unique
Lauren’s sense of style and her love for crafting really set her apart. She has an eye for putting things together in a way that feels personal and intentional, which tied in perfectly with the nature and floral vibe she chose for her session.

One Proud Moment
One of Lauren’s proudest accomplishments in high school was being chosen as the stage manager for her musical. That role takes leadership, organization, and trust—and it says a lot about the kind of person she is behind the scenes.

The Senior Session Experience

Session Vibe
Lauren wanted a nature-inspired session with flowers, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The setting complemented her personality perfectly—creative, a little playful, and completely authentic.

What She Was Most Excited About
More than anything, Lauren was just excited to have fun. No pressure, no overthinking—just enjoying the experience. That mindset made the entire session feel relaxed and natural from start to finish.

What Surprised Her
Nothing about the session surprised Lauren—and honestly, that’s a good thing. It means everything felt comfortable, smooth, and exactly how it should be. Sometimes the best sessions are the ones where everything just clicks.

Throughout her shoot, Lauren leaned into the moment. Whether it was laughing between shots or confidently stepping into the next pose, she made the process easy. Sessions like hers are a great reminder that you don’t need to “know what you’re doing” to look amazing—you just have to show up as yourself.

Looking Ahead

After graduation, Lauren plans to attend Wabash Valley College, where she’ll major in business. Her goal is to one day own her own floral shop—a path that combines her creativity with her passion for crafting and design.

Choosing business as a major was a strategic decision. Lauren knows that having a strong understanding of how to run a small business will give her the foundation she needs to turn her dream into reality.

She’s stepping into this next chapter with a clear vision and the motivation to make it happen, which is always exciting to see.

Lauren’s senior session was a perfect reflection of who she is right now—creative, confident, and ready for what’s next. This season of life is all about growth and stepping into new opportunities, and she’s doing exactly that.

It was a privilege to capture this moment for her, and there’s no doubt she’s going to bring the same creativity and energy into whatever comes next.
