I met Emily about 2 years ago at a wedding. I was, of coarse, shooting it, and she was the harpist at the reception. We chatted a little then it was over. I figured I’d run into her again at future weddings. Then a fellow wedding vendor started up a small networking group and we ran into each other again. Since then we’ve done some bridalshow together and we’ve become pretty good friend.
When she got engaged she had actually had another photographer lined up but things, luckily for me, didn’t work out and so she came to see me. Her wedding was a beautiful day. I met her down at the Center that morning cause I was riding back over to Henderson with her. The girls in the wedding party all drove convertible Mustangs and I got to ride back from the ceremony with the Emily and Luke. I don’t get to do things like that often so I had a blast.
Everything about Emily & Luke’s wedding was so elegant. Which doesn’t really surprise me with Emily. I got to talking to her about what she did at her full time job and she plans and over sees fund raising events, so putting a wedding together was just another day for her. My jaw about hit the ground when I saw the reception hall, but rather than tell you all about it check out the photos. After all, that’s why you’re hear not to listen to me talk. Congratulations Emily & Luke and thank you for letting me be apart of your beautiful wedding.
